The Tauranga Bay Seal Colony is clearly sign posted from the state highway turnoff to Westport if you are travelling from the north, and from the state highway just after Charleston if you are travelling from the south.

Follow these signs to Tauranga Bay and the Seal Colony. As you arrive at Tauranga Bay the Seal Colony is to your right and Tauranga Bay Retreat to your left.

There are only six houses and we are the fourth as you drive into the bay - Number 33.
